Awaiting Humana to approve a laminectomy (or is it laminotomy?)

I’ve got a bone spur and a bulging disc pressing on the L4/L5 nerve root.  Good times, good times…

 

At least my dietician is pretty happy about my blood sugar averages and my diet control… oh, I didn’t mention, did I.  Yep, I’ve got type 2 diabetes.
