Princess vs. the Norovirus

Remember this news story I shared?

No?

How about this one?

Princess wasn’t so lucky.

Last night she was feverish and calling out for all her friends with names starting with R.

Whatchoo talkin’ about, jak? C’mon, it’s not hard. “ROSE! RALPH! RON! RORRRRY!” Not yet? Well, there’s a name that doesn’t start with R… his last name is “Chuck” and his first name is “Up”.

Jenn says things should pass in 3 days. Her whole household– husband, kids, roommate– all got sick. She also suggested we watch Princess’s symptoms and return her to school after 24 hours pass with none of them showing. No problem. Our dear daughter will get to catch up on homework missed if she’s home from school… muhahahahaha

  1. I hate that she is sick! Poor Princess! I hope she kicks this virus quickly and does NOT share with the rest of the family.

  2. Well, at least she’s not throwing up any more. Now, if she could just lose the fever, I’d be happy. I was up most of that night with her, holding her hair out of her face. When I’ve had the unfortunate tendency to vomit, I’ve always wished someone would keep me company. That’s what I did for her and she endlessly called me a doll. It’s moments like these that help pay me for becoming a parent.
