U.S. Daylight Savings Says I Need New Look

Although it’s not the first official day of spring yet, Daylight Savings took place almost 12 hours ago, and I need at least a new banner.

I suppose I will go with something I’ve used previously, but any suggestions for a fresh idea would be welcome.
EDIT: I have made a few changes with an old banner I picked up at one of the old VOX Groups.

Wherever you see "jaklumen", that's me- the username is still unique as of the current year. Be aware that the facet you see, is only a small part of the me that is me.

    • Thank you! It really did turn out stunning with the dark version of the Pilcrow theme. I’m hoping my use of this banner at VOX was short enough that I can reuse it for a while until I get a photo of my own.

Now that I think of it, I may commission my father-in-law for a banner. He takes photos much more often than I and he may have a suitable panoramic shot to use (and will probably make it up completely if I give him the pixel specifications).

  2. Actually, I’d recommend a light background with dark lettering. Yeah, the black looks sexy but it’s an eye-killer!

    • The new look is here and I’ll make a post on it shortly.

Sorry, Margy, but it’s another dark one. I hope it is a little easier on the eyes. Pilcrow does not offer many light-colored options.
