Wherever you see "jaklumen", that's me- the username is still unique as of the current year. Be aware that the facet you see, is only a small part of the me that is me.

English:This is the song of the morning that King David sangToday is your Saint's day, so we sing it to youawake, my dear, awake and see the morning has brokenAlready the birds are singing and the moon has goneHow beautiful is the morning on which we salute youWith joy and pleasure we come to congratulate youThe dawn has come, the sun shares it's lightGet up with the morning, see the day is here!

  3. Like many recordings and performances of "Las Mañanitas", this version has additional and alternate lyrics, but yes, that is the basic song.I was going to edit in a very beautiful version sung by Alejandro Fernandez (he has a silkier voice) but I still can't manage to Save edits.

  4. I couldn't find the lyrics for that recording, but I knew the traditional song and I thought, "heh, that way people get the general idea."
