the tao of jaklumen

the path of the sage must become the path of the hero

A short note…

As with my LiveJournal, I avoid discussing politics and religion on my own blog, but felt I should present my personal perspective.

I can’t recall where I got this image again, but I got it from a site that had pictures and bylines describing most of the religions and spiritualities of the world.

This is an image by LDS artist Del Parson that seems to best describe the defining characteristics of the LDS faith: continuing revelation from God, and God the Father and God the Son being separate personages (God the Spirit is not portrayed in this picture.)

My standard reference is the principles and ordinances of the LDS faith, and I have explored some of them from the perspective of the Tao (which may be translated as ‘The Way’).  I will forebear from explaining details and comparisons at this time.

Comments have been closed as I am not inviting a religious debate.  I wish to offer this as an insight into my spiritual perspectives.
